1. Types of supported formats
In CrafterePost, you can post Minecraft structures and animations of the building process.
The supported formats are structure files (.schem), animation files (.mcsr), and structure files exported from Bedrock Edition (.mcstructure).
The methods listed below include features that are not official Minecraft functionality. While they have been tested and confirmed to work, please use them at your own risk.
2. Structure files (.schem)
These are structure files exported in the Sponge Schematic Specification Version 2 format. It is commonly used in Java Edition.2-1. How to export a file (using WorldEdit Mods)
- Install WorldEdit Mods in a Forge or Fabric environment, and join the world.
- Execute the //wandcommand to get an axe for selecting the range.
- Select the corners of the range you want to export by left-clicking and right-clicking.
- Use the //copycommand to copy the selected range to the clipboard.
- Export the building file using the /schem save (file name)command.
- It will be exported to .minecraft/config/worldedit/schematics/(file name).schem.
- Upload the exported file.
3. Animation files (.mcsr)
These are animation files exported in CrafterePost's original format that extends the .schem format to include animation information.4. Structure files exported from Bedrock Edition (.mcstructure)
These are structure files used in the Bedrock Edition Structure Block functionality.They are currently supported only on Windows and Android.
4-1. For people playing on Android
The "Export" feature of Structure Blocks is currently officially implemented only on Windows, but you can use Structure Block Import and Export Button to use the "Export" feature even on Android.4-2. How to export a file
- Execute the /give @p structure_blockcommand to get a structure block.
- Place a structure block near the building you want to export.
- Click on the structure block to open the menu.
- Switch to "Save" mode and enter a suitable name for the structure.
- Make any other necessary settings.
- "Export" the mcstructure file to a suitable location.
- Upload the exported file.
